Position Overview
We’re hiring part time and full time connectors who bring ENERGY ⚡
If you can handle high call volume, stay positive through the “no’s,” and love talking to people — this is your lane.
Responsibilities
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Make a minimum of 40-50 outbound calls per hour
- Make minimum of 1- 2 live pass offs to the production team per hour

Compensation: $15.15 - $30.00 per hour
